If you disagree with others opinion, that doesn't mean you should take it personally. Please bear in mind, you are NOT supposed to abuse/threaten/harass a member or his family directly or indirectly. Persistent behavior would result in banning the user from this site.

Please Do not open so many threads.
In case you have not noticed, some of your threads do not have any replies while others have very few. This is futile both for you and this board. Instead of opening multiple threads, collect all your clips and make a mega thread. You will get more responses. Hence all your threads were merged into a single big one. We hope you will keep this in mind for future.

A live thread is similar to a chat room. In the live thread mode, u don't have to refresh the page. Any new posts will get updated automatically.

The live thread feature is commonly used in threads where the number of posts per minute is high, as is the case with chat threads & contest threads.

You can easily identify which threads can be accessed in live mode by checking for the word '''Live thread''' next to the thread name(see screenshot below). By clicking on it you will be taken to the live thread mode and can chat with the other users.

Please Do not open so many threads.
In case you have not noticed, some of your threads do not have any replies while others have very few. This is futile both for you and this board. Instead of opening multiple threads, collect all your clips and make a mega thread. You will get more responses. Hence all your threads were merged into a single big one. The User Infraction system has been implemented to provide a trouble free environment for XB users. Thus Abusing/misbehaving/unauthorized advertising/posting copyrighted materials and other rule violations are subject to come to under this system.

Since all violations cannot be treated equally, this system contains different levels. Every level is identified by a set of rules and specific infraction points. When a rule violation is spotted, the user will be issued infraction points based on the seriousness of violation and will be informed by PM by Moderators, Supermoderators and Administrators. It will expire only after particular period of time. Some serious infractions will never expire. You can view all of your infractions(current + expired) from your usercp.

For instance, Users are allowed to post explicit images as links only. when a user posts an explicit image as inline, it is a violation. The concerned user will be issued 3 infraction points and informed by PM about his wrong doing. This will expire after three months.

Any further rule violation by the same user will lead to accumulation of infraction points. If the accumulated points reach a particular value, for instance 15, the concerned user will be prohibited from using XB for 3 weeks. Please refer the following tables.

Listed here are a few general guidelines to improve your FQ browsing experience.

* Before uploading any video. Use the [http://www.filesquick.com/search.php Search feature] to check whether the video has been uploaded already to Filesquick or not. If you fail to do so, your upload might be useless as Filesquick doesn't allow any duplicate videos to be posted! This is especially applicable when using the simple html upload.

* FQ makes it mandatory for users to upload caps along with every video they post. However '''DO NOT''' post any wrong caps with your video! This will lead to [[infractions]] and a ban for repeat offenders.Your Bandwidth will also be reset!

* Do not post multiple clips in one post. Use one post for a clip and attach caps taken from that clip. It is fine, if you post multiple part files of same clip in one post.

* The minimum size of the video allowed is 200 KB, less than that will be deleted.

* Please try to avoid using Blog / Site-names in your video's.

* Please '''DO NOT''' increase the size of a video just for the sake of gaining extra Bandwidth. Such practices are not encouraged at FQ and will lead to infractions and a permanent ban for repeat offenders.

* Please Do Not post picture slide show as video, instead of that post them as pictures at exbii

* If you want to copy a post link at FQ make sure that you copy the postid and not the threadid.You can get the postid by right clicking on the post no(See below diagram) and copying the link.

* The easiest way to share a video link is to click on the '''Post in any forum''' link at the bottom of the post and copy the link that is generated.

* Please use the http://www.filesquick.com/images/buttons/report.gif Report post button to report any rule violations, if you find any videos with wrong/fake caps or if you find duplicate post ( same videos posted earlier). One of our moderators will take care of it ASAP.

* For downloading large files, it is recommended that you make use of a download manager, as you can always resume your download later.The '''Resume Validity for Download Managers is 15 Days''', beyond that bandwidth will be deducted again

* Exact duplicate videos are rejected by the FQ server, but we do get a lot of duplicates where the quality/filesize/format is different but the content is same. We merge such threads so that the user gets a choice, the uploaders dont lose anything and FQ is not flooded.

* Videos and Caps posted in '''incomplete forum''' will be '''avaliable for one month'''. After that it will be removed by the admin team. Members are advised to post their videos as soon as possible, no request for recovering the videos will be entrained once they are removed.

* Users with greater than 50posts but less than 1000posts can have links but a maximum of size 3 in their signature.They have a PM quota of 50messages. Animated AV's are allowed as long as they are within the 15KB / 100* 100 size limit.
* Users with greater than 1000posts can have hyperlinks/images in their signature.

<h4>How can I search the forum?</h4>
You can search for posts based on username, word(s) in the post or just in the subject, by date, and only in particular forums.To access the search feature, click on the "search" link at the top of most pages. Sharing the search results is bit tricky though. In the search results page, right click on the word 'Search' and copy the link and use it to share your results. <h4>What is “Rating a Thread”?</h4>
Threads can be rated using the "Rate Thread" menu function that appears on the top right hand corner of the post you are reading. You can rate the thread by choosing any one of the options that are available in the pull down menu. You can only rate a thread once.

A live thread is similar to a chat room. In the live thread mode, u don't have to refresh the page. Any new posts will get updated automatically.
