Splitting of video files is required to select only the desired portion of a given video and post it. It also helps to split a large file into a number of equal or unequal smaller files s that they are convenient for upload and download.

Use boilsoft splitter. It can split AVI, MPEG, WMV and RM videos. When codecs (google for klite mega codec pack)are there installed, it can even split vob, dat, vcd, svcd and various other formats.
