How do I upload videos?

The videos that the members want to share need to be uploaded to a server from where other members can download. eXBii has its own high speed server by the name of Filesquick, which allows users to upload videos along with screenshots.
There are two ways of uploading files.
- The Html upload
- Windows FQ Uploader
